Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008) Turnover policy The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents revenue recognised by the company in respect of services supplied during the period, exclusive of Value Added Tax

Turnover All turnover took place in the UK and arises from sales of the company’s services

Other accounting policies

The company has made no research and development and has no tangible or intangible fixed assets, stocks, operating or finance leases at the balance sheet date and had none during the period, and therefore there are no policies to report in relation to such items Deferred taxation is provided in full in respect of taxation deferred by timing differences between the treatment of certain items for taxation and accounting purposes. Deferred taxation is calculated at the rates of tax that are expected to apply in the periods when the timing differences
