1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
Tangible fixed assets |
The company is the owner of the freehold of the property and has granted members leases of 999 years from 29 |
September 1983. The sole income accruing from this investment is a rent of £48 per annum, if demanded. The |
directors are therefore of the opinion that the investment should be recorded in the balance sheet as of nil value. |
The company does not trade, but holds as nominee, the freehold to Charmouth Court, Kings Road, Richmond. |
