The company ceased trading during the prior year. During the current and prior year, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure, therefore no profit or loss is presented within the profit and loss account for both the current and comparative period, in these financial statements.

On 28 July 2022, a special resolution was passed to change the name of the company from Max Rogers London Ltd to Kimberly Wyatt Dance Academy Ltd. The company recommenced trading from August 2022.

Kimberly Wyatt Dance Academy Ltd (Formerly known as Max Rogers London Ltd) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 94 New Haw Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2DF.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
