3.	DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

Mr JLJ Adams, a director and shareholder, was due £26,594 at the year end date (2019 - £25,381).

The amount is interest free and is payable on demand.

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2021.
