| 8. | OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS |
| The company contracted with Mole Valley District Council for the collection of the levy. The operating agreement for collection is reviewed on an annual basis and is £10,000 per annum as provided in the financial statements. Additional software was purchased for the collection and the cost has been repaid at £2,000 per annum. |
| 9. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
| Subsequent to the year end the Dorking Business Improvement District was re-elected for its second 5 year term. The company was assisted in funding the rebelled with a loan from Mole Valley District Council that will not exceed £25,000. |
| 10. | TRUST ARRANGEMENTS |
| The company reports all of its activities in the income statement and presents the balance sheet as a single entity. The company holds the monies relating to unspent levy collections on trust. The distribution of any surplus as calculated at the end of the first term will be made in accordance with the legislation governing Business Improvement Districts. |
