During the year A Marrufo had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £64,450.

To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 December 2022 the company would be required to pay 33.75% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.
