    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These Accounts have been prepared under the Historical Cost Convention

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced sale of goods excluding value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. Motor Vehicles 25% Equipment 25% both on reducing balance basisG

    Goodwill has been amortised at the rate of 1% on cost
