Audit exemption statement
For the financial year ended 31 October 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

Accounting policies
1.1
Accounting convention

The company was dormant and has not traded during the year.

The company is required to move to FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (2015). However, as a dormant company it has taken advantage of the exemption in FRS 102, paragraph 35.10(m) to not change any of its policies until such time as new transactions or changes in balance occur.

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Deferred taxation
Deferred taxation is provided in full in respect of taxation deferred by timing differences between the treatment of certain items for taxation and accounting purposes.  The deferred tax balance has not been discounted.

Share capital

The company has no share capital and the member's liability is limited to £1 in the event that the company is wound up.

Control

The immediate parent company is CEREP 88 St James's Street Limited, a company registered in Jersey. In the opinion of the directors, the company's ultimate controlling party is CEREP III GP, L.L.C., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.
