Accounting policies

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).

Turnover

Turnover comprises revenue recognised by the company in respect of goods and services supplied during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax and trade discounts. Turnover is recognised at the point when services are provided.

Going concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the related party, Protean Inbound Limited, continues to provide its financial support to the company.
