General information

Malachite Properties Ltd is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered number is 12139247 and its registered office is at The Broadgate Tower Third Floor, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS.
As with most businesses, we have been impacted by the Coronavirus (Covid 19). This has had an impact on our operations, customer, suppliers and staff. As a new business we have not been able to access any grants or benefits available from the Government, however, we are taking all the steps we can to protect the future of our business.  At the year end the total impact of Covid 19 on the business is still uncertain.
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis based on the support given by the directors and shareholders, which they have indicated will continue for a period of at least a year from the date of approval of the accounts.

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the period was 2 (2019 - 2).

Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees

On 1 April 2020, Mr G Pryor made an unsecured loan facility available to the company of £115,000. The repayment date of this loan is 31 March 2025. This amount has been drawn down in full. No interest is payable by the company on this loan. 
On 27 October 2020, Mr G Pryor made an unsecured loan facility available to the company of £38,000. The repayment date of this loan is 31 March 2025. This amount has been drawn down in full. No interest is payable by the company on this loan. 


Guarantees and other financial commitments

During the period the company entered into a mortgage over a term of 20 years to purchase a property held within fixed assets. The loan is secured on the property and a personal guarantee has been given by the directors, Mr G Pryor and Mrs R Rimington, to secure the loan.


Directors' confirmations

The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 23 December 2021.
