1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The Company invests into PEIF II SLP Feeder GP II, LLP (formerly RDIF SLP Feeder GP II, LLP), an LLP established in England, with the principal activity to act as a General Partner to PEIF II SLP Feeder, L.P. (formerly RDIF SLP Feeder, L.P.).
