  • Directors advances, credits and guarantees

    During the period a director has a loan account with the company. At 1 September 2021 the director owed the company £66,512. During the year the company provided advances of £88,317 and the director made repayments of £100,098. At the 31 August 2022 the director owed the company £54,731. Interest of £1,212 (2021 - £1,678) has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements. The loan is repayable on demand.

  • Non-Capital Commitments
