Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets. The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional currency of the company. |

The directors are considered to be the company's key management personnel. They are remunerated at group level and reference should be made to the financial statements of Master Removers Group Limited. |
6. | ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY |
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Master Removers Group Limited. The ultimate parent company is Master Removers Group 2019 Ltd. In the opinion of the directors no one individual has control of that company. |
