At 31 December 2022 one of the directors was owed €2,281,058 by the company (2021: €2,249,274). During the year the director provided additional loans to the company of €31,784 (2021: €143,275), repayments of €nil (2021: €3,044,262) were made and expenses of €nil (2021: €nil) were paid on behalf of the director.

The company is supported by the shareholder to meet its day to day working requirements. The directors expect this to continue and therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

DCM Investment Holdings Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Scotland. The registered office is 200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 5SG.

For the year ended 31 December 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the income statement within the financial statements.true
