1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Company limited by guarantee
Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital. In the event of the company winding up, the liability in respect of the guarantee is limited to an amount not exceeding £1 per member of the company.
