1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
In accordance with relevant guidance, service charge transactions are not recorded in the company's |
financial statements as service charge monies are held in trust on behalf of the tenants. |
Tangible fixed assets |
In the opinion of the directors, the freehold property is an investment and therefore not subject to periodic charges for |
depreciation, in accordance with Statement of Standard Accounting Practice No. 19. This departure from the Companies |
Act 2006 is necessary to give a true and fair view. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet |
date. |
