1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions companies act relating to small companies(effective Jan 2015)

Turnover policy

Turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents commission fee income derived from the activity of insurance intermediaries.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation is calculated on tangible fixed assets so as to write off the cost or valuation ,less any residual value ,over their estimated useful life as follows: IT Equipment 20% on reducing basis.
