1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
Investment in subsidiaries

At the balance sheet date the company owned 100% of the share capital of Engineered Energy Solutions Ltd a company incorporated in England & Wales. This company has accumulated losses and in the opinion of the directors should be valued at cost at the balance sheet date.

At the balance sheet date the company owned 100% of the share capital of T2 SMH Ltd, T2 Glossop Ltd and Gas Engine Investments Ltd, companies incorporated in England & Wales. As at the balance sheet date those companies had not traded.
