The director presents his report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016.

Principal activity

The company's principal activity is the management of property at Bispham House, Lace Street, Liverpool. The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of common parts. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987

As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.
