1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
The company receives a small amount of ground rent. All transactions in the year relating to the maintenance of |
the common areas in accordance with the lease are shown in separate service charge accounts for the property |
that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service |
charge monies received from the residents of the property are held on trust for the residents. |
Turnover |
Income represents ground rent receivable and expenses recharged to the members. |
