1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
DORMANT STATUS
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006)
throughout the year ended 31 March 2016. The company has not traded during the year or during
the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and
incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Other accounting policies
Service charge accounts
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being
related to the maintenance of common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges
collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the
property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
Information relating to service charges is now dealt with as a separate statement of account.

Going concern
No material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to
continue as a going concern have been identified by the directors.

RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The company was under the control of the directors throughout the current and previous year.
No transactions with related parties were undertaken such as are required to be disclosed under
FRSSE.
All directors contribute to the service charge for Mansion Gardens in accordance with the
percentages within their leases.
