| 5. | INSOLVENT POSITION |
| The directors are aware that the company is trading insolvently and realise their responsibilities under the |
| provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. |
| 6. | GOING CONCERN |
| Included in creditors are loans totalling £79,365 (2015: £62,963) from the directors. The directors undertake not |
| to draw down on these loans to the detriment of the company. As such, they consider it appropriate to prepare |
| the accounts on the going concern basis. |
