1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents rental income receiveable,exclusive of VAT.

Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets include land and buildings which are not depreciated according to company policy.
