1Fixed assets Investments
On 16 December 2014, GCP Europe General Partner Limited in its capacity as a member of GCP Europe I GP LLP invested, in the form of a contribution, £99.90 in GCP Europe I GP LLP pursuant to the terms of the GCP Europe I GP LLP Limited Liability Partnership Agreement. The investment was valued at its cost of £99.90 as at 31 December 2016 (31 December 2015 - £99.90).
