1 Accounting policies
  The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
 
2 Investments (current assets)
  This consists of 130 shares of £1 each in Airport Bureau Systems Limited, representing 67% of the total issued share capital, of which 42 shares are held for the benefit of Danzas AEI Inc and 88 shares for thebenefit of Menzies Aviation plc.

4 Shareholding Operations
  The Company's share capital is owned in equal proportions by Danzas AEI Inc and London Cargo Group Ltd, whose parent comapny is Menzies Aviation plc.

The Company's operations are conducted through its shareholding companies. Accordingly, the Company has no revenues and all expenses are paid direct by the shareholding companies.
