The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of
Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to
financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Wychwood House (Charlbury) Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee ,
registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found
on the Company Information page.

The nature of the company's operations and principal activity is that of the maintenance of common parts,
grounds and amenity areas of Wychwood House, Charlbury.. The company's principal place of business is
Charlbury, Oxfordshire. The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional currency of the
company and rounded to the nearest £.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents amounts, service charges and ground rents charged to Leaseholders.

Company limited by guarantee
The company was formed on 15th October 1990 and is limited by guarantee.

5. CONTINGENT LIABILITIES

The Company has a liability to maintain the common parts of the buildings and the grounds, the future costs of
which are not at present identifiable. Leaseholders have covenanted to bear the expenses of the Company, as
incurred, in certain agreed proportions.

6. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The company was controlled throughout the period by its members.

7. COMPANY STATUS

The Company is limited by guarantee. Every member of the Company undertakes to contribute such an amount
as may be required, not exceeding £1, to the Company's assets if it should be wound up. All Leaseholders of
Wychwood House, Charlbury are members of the Company.
