These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and the option not to file the Profit and Loss Account has been taken.

1	General information

The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England & Wales.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

These financial statements are presented in Sterling (£), which is the company's functional currency

These financial statements for the year ended 30th June 2017 are the first financial statements of Blue Bee (U.K.) Limited that comply with FRS 105. The date of transition to FRS 105 is 1st July 2015.

The transition to FRS 105 has resulted in the removal of deferred tax amounting to £3,073 as prohibited by the standard.
