    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    he financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Small Entities (Effective April 2008)

    Turnover represents income from agency fees receivable by the company.

    Foreign currencies: Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into Sterling at the rates of exchange ruling on the date of the transactions. Current assets and liabilities in foreign currencies at the balance sheet date
