The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents rents receivable in the year.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation has not been provided on freehold land and buildings which are shown at cost as, in the opinion of
the directors, it would not be of assistance in giving a true and fair view. Although a departure from the general
accounting treatment under the Companies Act 2006 it is accordance with the applicable accounting standard
FRS15.
