The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 24 June 2014.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 24 June 2014 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies and with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the
maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these
transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual
accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the
residents of the property are held on trust for the residents.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.

2. OPERATING PROFIT

Analysis of the tax charge

7. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Ultimate control of the company is held jointly by the flat owners. The directors of the company are also
leaseholders and any dealings with the company are on the same terms as the other leaseholders.
