Tangible fixed assets are stated at historic cost. Depreciation is not provided on the freehold property because its open |
market value exceeds its historic cost. The departure from the requirements of The Companies Act 2006 is considered |
necessary in order to show a true and fair view. |
Taxation |
The company is a non-profit making body owned by residents of Hillcrest, 51-57 Ladbroke Grove, London W11 3AX. |
Corporation tax is payable on investment income only. |
