As at 30 November 2017 the company owed the director £10,737. This is an interest free loan to the company.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
