For the year ended 30 April 2018 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the profit and loss account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 7 December 2018.

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

General information

Albert Hall Mansions Block 4 RTM Company Limited is a private company limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital. Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 towards the assets of the Company in the event of liquidation. The address of the registered office is Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3BT. The Company is not part of a group.

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

Contractual commitments

The Company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the lease(s). At the year end the Company had not entered into any non-cancellable contractual commitments.

Employees

The Company has no employees other than the directors, who did not receive any remuneration (2017 - £NIL).
